MOQs vary by product and supplier. Many products start as low as 1–5 units for samples. For bulk orders, typical MOQs range from 50 to 500 units depending on the category. Each product listing shows its specific MOQ.
Every order goes through independent quality checks before goods leave the factory. We work with third-party inspection agencies and provide detailed quality reports. If anything doesn't meet standards, we resolve it before shipment.
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and bank transfers — all in INR. Every transaction is secured with escrow protection, so your payment is released to the supplier only after quality verification.
Air express imports take 7–15 days. Sea freight takes 45–60 days but is more cost-effective for bulk. Sample orders typically arrive in 3–7 days. All timelines include customs clearance and last-mile delivery.
